This impressive development features over 515,000 square feet of sound stages, creative offices, and production facilities — designed to be a home for more than 32 companies serving the live entertainment industry. Among its future tenants are Soundcheck, the largest rehearsal complex under one roof in the world, and Clair Global, a leader in live production and audio solutions.
